Zengo, the restaurant of international chef Richard Sandoval, arrives in Marbella

A new concept of cuisine has just landed on the gastronomic scene of the Costa del Sol. The restaurant Zengo opens its doors at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella by the hand of international chef Richard Sandoval, offering a perfect fusion between Asian and Latin cuisine and emphasizing strong flavors paired with a distinctive and very personal cocktail bar.

Zengo, which means “give and take” in Japanese, is an inventive blend of Latin-Asian styles and flavors. It is owned by chef Richard Sandoval, who has been awarded the Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year Award, the James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur Award and Mexico’s Toque de Oro.

Zengo restaurant comes to Marbella backed by international investment fund StonewegStoneweg Foods division, through its investment fund Stoneweg Foods. Richard Sandoval will be present on the Costa del Sol in an unbeatable location: the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. In this sense, Zengo has a capacity for 90 people. diners inside and 100 more on its large outdoor terrace. All of which will be served by 25 workers specially trained by Chef Sandoval and his multidisciplinary team of the Richard Sandoval Hospitality group.

Zengo: a unique and modern gastronomic style

Chef Richard Sandoval has created a culinary style with a lot of personality based on the combination of the best Latin gastronomy with Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Indonesian, Singaporean, Vietnamese and Korean cuisines.
