La Envía Golf once again became the stage for the SAN MIGUEL XVI ANDALUCÍA GOLF CHALLENGE COSTA DEL SOL CIRCUIT DESTINATION DOMINICAN REPUBLIC BY GLOBALIA, in a day marked by a great atmosphere, excellent course conditions, and an impeccable pace of play.
For the second consecutive year, the circuit returned to this Almería course for the first of two scheduled events in the province, ahead of the next stop planned for July 11 at Playa Serena.
Registration filled up quickly among players eager to enjoy a course presented in outstanding condition for the occasion.
A demanding day at La Envía Golf
” width=”1620″ height=”1080″>Although wind was present for much of the round, the rain held off during the competition after the previous day’s rainfall, allowing players to fully enjoy the tournament.
Throughout the day, participants were provided with refreshments from San Miguel Beers and Solán de Cabras water, both on the course and during the post-round lunch.
After the competition, attendees enjoyed a complete barbecue prior to the prize ceremony and the traditional raffle of gifts.

The prize ceremony was introduced by José Antonio López Pérez himself, course director and scratch winner of the event, after completing an excellent round.
Also taking part in the awards ceremony was Mar Martín, deputy general manager of the golf and hotel resort. Before lunch, general manager Javier Plasencia greeted participants, although he was unable to stay for the full day due to professional commitments.
