Andalucía Golf Challenge Destination Riviera Maya, in Santa Clara Marbella on June 23rd.

On June 23, the Santa Clara Golf Marbella in Malaga will host the third stage of the Andalucía Golf Challenge 2019 Destination Circuit ‘Riviera Maya Golf Club Bahía Príncipe’ in Mexico.

The registration fee for the tournament is 63 euros and includes buggy, prize-giving cocktail and raffle. There will be important prizes for the first three classified in each category, as well as for the winners of the longest drive (male and female), closest ball to the flag and special scratch prize. Tee-off will be at 9.30 am.

In 2001 Santa Clara Golf Marbella was inaugurated, an 18-hole par 71 course of 5,922 meters designed by Enrique Canales Busquets and located a few minutes from the center of the city, in front of the Hotel Los Monteros, behind the Hospital de la Costa del Sol.

The golf course features the “Santa Clara Corner”, formed by holes 12, 13 and 14, a perfect combination of pars 3, 4 and 5, which requires the player to make long and precise shots. The Driving range is one of the best in Marbella and has two independent practice tees with 15 tee boxes in each one.

The top 5 in each category plus the scratch winner qualify for the Grand Final, where the 5 one-week all-inclusive trips to Riviera Maya Bahia Principe Resort, with golf at Riviera Maya Golf Club, El Camaleon Mayakoba and Playa Paraiso, will be decided. The top two finishers in each category and the scratch winner of the Grand Final, to be played on September 7 at Alferini, will travel to Mexico.
