His intense work and that of his team has ensured that the 20 annual P&P tournaments that were held upon his arrival through the Committee, have been transformed into the 80 tournaments that were held in 2019, with an undisputed success of participation and promotion of golf in our region.
In addition, Bernardo Rodríguez is co-founder of the Club de Golf sin Campo Puerta del Sol, the oldest club in Madrid, and founder of the Club de Golf sin Campo Par en Par, of which he was also president.

The FGM also agreed to award an Honorary Plaque to Patrimonio Nacional, the institution that owns the land on which several golf facilities are located in the Community of Madrid and which has helped to promote golf in our community.

Foro 2000, a non-profit golf club without a golf course that, on the twentieth anniversary of its creation, continues to develop a meritorious work in the approach and practice of golf to all golf enthusiasts. It has more than 250 members and develops a constant and successful work of promotion and organization of golf events in the Community of Madrid.
