The Royal Spanish GOLF Federation (RFEG) presents Golf on the Beach, a promotional action with which it aims to bring this sport, which currently has 310,000 members, closer to all citizens. To this end, it will visit various Spanish beaches with fun activities aimed at the whole family. The action will begin on July 17 and will end on August 31. During this month and a half, Golf on the beach will travel through Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Catalonia, Valencia and Murcia. In addition, in each city will be several days and in different locations so that no one misses the opportunity to come and enjoy all the activities.
The RFEG will install various recreational spaces that will have an area to practice swing, miniature golf holes and nets to practice throwing balls. Also, for all those who want to continue learning this sport, the Territorial Federations and the Golf Clubs of each of the areas have developed a set of offers in the nearby courses that include vouchers for introductory courses and the gift of the federative license until January next year.
According to Javier Guibelalde, marketing director of RFEG, “we are strongly committed to this initiative because we are sure that many of the visitors who come to our space and try this exciting sport will be eager to continue learning”. All the details of Golf on the Beach (calendar, activities, etc.) will be available at www.bautismodegolf.com with all the information.
