The opening of the new Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club store, called “Golf & Fashion Shop” was attended by more than 300 guests, including Miguel Ballesteros, one of Seve’s sons, designer of the Costa del Sol course.
The event was also attended by the mayor of Benahavís (the municipality where the golf club is located), José Antonio Mena Castilla, who participated with the new administrators of Los Arqueros Golf in the cutting of the inaugural ribbon of the new facilities, as well as the president of Holiday Golf, Stefan Tjellander. Miguel Ballesteros attended on behalf of the foundation that bears his father’s name.
The store has an area of more than 400 square meters distributed on two levels. “Golf & Fashion Shop” features the latest collections of major brands for women, men and children, complemented by an extensive range of golf accessories and equipment.
On the occasion of the opening of the Los Arqueros store, an official Bridgestone Golf open tournament was held on the same day, attended by more than 80 local and international players.
After the opening and prize-giving ceremony, the new administrators of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club donated the proceeds of the tournament to the Severiano Ballesteros Foundation.
