PROGOLF PLATFORM PRINCIPLES
In order to promote golf in Spain, the ProGolf Platform intends to promote a series of objectives that include:
– More minutes on television and radio, more articles in the print media, more content on social networks and online communication channels. In short, more presence in the general media.
– Show all the positive aspects of golf courses, of golf as an industry in Spain, and of the benefits of golf as a sport. “We have to demystify golf”.
– To promote the educational, formative, healthy and socioeconomic values that characterize golf.
– Promote biodiversity and the maintenance of environmental sustainability and water and energy efficiency to which golf courses should be directed.
– To make the population and administrations aware of the importance of golf for the economy of our country. Spain is the number 1 destination for European golfers, ahead of Scotland and St. Andrews, and number 2 worldwide.
