As happened in the first three events of the Andalucía Golf Challenge Destino ‘Riviera Maya Golf Club Bahía Príncipe’ in Mexico, the fourth stage of this amateur circuit, played on the course of Santa Clara Golf Marbella, registered atotal successof call and there were many golfers who could not participate because the available places were sold out days before. The Andalucía Golf Challenge Circuit, which this year celebrates its ninth edition and is organized by the magazine Andalucía Golf, has this year as main sponsors the real estate developer Exxacon and Reale Seguros-Galpe.
The first three classified in Santa Clara Golf Marbella in first category were, in this order, the following: Antonio Cobo González (41 points), David Currie (41) and José Miguel Rodríguez de Pablo (40).
In the second category, first place went to Karina Budantseva (40 points), followed by Antonio Muñoz Lanzas (38) and José Luis Molina de Carranza (42). In third place, but without the right to a prize due to the age limitation of the rules of the event, was Nicolás Otero da Gama.
The scratch winner was Almudena Ucillos Barcarce, with 35 points. The special prize for the closest ball to the hole went to Andrey Victorson, while those for the longest drive for men and women went respectively to Karina Budantseva and Juusi Harju, who curiously also won this prize in the previous round of the Tour, at Mijas Golf.
The awards ceremony was attended by Reyes Pintado for Santa Clara Golf Marbella; Alejandra Méndez for Exxacon; Gabriela Jones for Fairway+blue, and Antonio Sánchez and Luis Navarro for Andalucía Golf magazine,
The sporting party concluded with a cocktail party in the magnificent clubhouse of Santa Clara Golf Marbella.

ANDALUCÍA GOLF CHALLENGE 2019 CIRCUIT
The Andalucía Golf Challenge Destino Riviera Maya Golf Club Bahía Príncipe Circuit began on April 10 at Golf Santander (Madrid) and concludes at La Reserva Club Sotogrande on August 24. The Grand Final will be played on September 7 at Alferini (Villa Padierna Golf Resort). The top five in each category in each tournament qualify for the Grand Final, where the five all-inclusive one-week trips to Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Resort will be decided, with golf at Riviera Maya Golf Club, El Camaleón Mayakoba and Playa Paraíso. This trip will take place on October 28th.
