The Pequecircuito was played in Alhaurín, Alborán and Club de Campo de Córdoba.

The Pequecircuito de Andalucía visited on Saturday the par 3 courses of Alhaurín Golf, Alborán Golf and Club de Campo de Córdoba. In total, more than 230 children under 11 years participated in the tests, which have been played in 9 holes under individual Stroke Play Scratch mode.

Beginning with the Almeria area, the player from Almerimar, Georgy Symonov and the federated player from La Envia, Lucia Sogorb, were proclaimed champions in the Alevín Male and Female categories, with 35 and 50 strokes respectively.

As for the 9-10 year old Benjamins, the Playa Serena players, José Ignacio Vargas and Begoña Pérez, won their category with 38 and 42 strokes respectively.

On the other hand, Adrián Rodríguez, also a Playa Serena player, was the winner in the Benjamín category of 8 years old and under with 40 strokes, while the winner in the female classification was the local player, Laura Koubiss.

Finally, the prize in the Special category, with 41 strokes, went to Ginés Marfil (Santa Clara Granada).

Moving on to the classifications at the Club de Campo de Córdoba, the local player, Fernando Concha, demonstrated his great knowledge of the course and was proclaimed champion in the Alevín Male category with 38 strokes, while Laura López was the winner in the female classification with 43 strokes.

The player from La Cañada, Enrique Cuevas, and the player from Vista Hermosa, Lourdes Jiménez, were the best among the 9 and 10 year olds -with 33 and 41 strokes, respectively-, while among the 8 year olds, the player from Vista Hermosa, Clara Jiménez, and the player from Ciudad de Linares, Javier Mercado, were the best classified with 57 and 37 strokes each.

With 35 strokes, Rodrigo Portilla, from La Cartuja, was the winner in the special category.

And, ending with the central area -which has had the participation of 131 children- the player of La Cañada and the federated by El Paraíso, Rafael Guerrero and Paula López, have been proclaimed champions in special category in Alhaurín Golf with 40 and 41 strokes.

As for the Alevines, Nicolás Fortes -from Baviera Golf- and María Panal, federated by the Club de Golf Benahavís, have won in their category with 39 and 47 strokes, while the also Baviera player, Álvaro Natoli, has signed 40 strokes that have earned him the victory among the benjamin players of 9-10 years old. With two more strokes, the player of Valle Romano, Ana Coronil, has been the best in the female junior category of 9-10 years.

Finally, and finishing with the youngest players, the victory went to Javier Gómez and the player from El Candado, María Ruiz de la Herrán, with 41 and 64 strokes each.

The awards ceremony was attended at Alborán Golf by Mª José Fernández, Provincial Delegate of the RFGA in Almería, and Daniel Parrón, Professional of Alborán Golf. At the Club de Campo de Córdoba, the awards ceremony was presided over by Francisco Puente, President of the Children’s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation and, at Alhaurín Golf, it was attended by Miguel Míguez, member of the RFGA Children’s Committee.
