The RCG Guadalmina School presents its novelties for 2013

The Children’s School of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina has started its 2013 course with great news. The upcoming retirement of Francisco Hernandez, until now Director of the School, has led the Management of the Sampedra club to think of Castor Gomez, professional responsible for the technical department of the Junior Men’s Committee of the Royal Andalusian Golf Federation, to face this new stage.

This season, the R.C.G. Guadalmina School will reinforce the teaching offer for its students with a greater number of weekly classes in which the teaching team will focus its efforts on improving the technical and physical aspects of its students.

The teachers will base their teaching on the fundamentals established by the prestigious TPI system, leader in research and information regarding golf skills, health and biomechanics of the swing. Thus, the classes will combine the technical correction of the student’s swing from the use of audiovisual media, with the improvement in their physical condition by performing certain exercises.

In this sense, it is worth mentioning that the main objective of the Management of the Children’s School of the R.C.G. Guadalmina is to ensure that its students have fun playing golf, so that they can later improve their handicap and, if possible, one day reach the professional successes obtained by former students such as Azahara Muñoz, Manuel Quirós or Laura Cabanillas.

A School within everyone’s reach

On the other hand, this methodology will also be applicable to all those who wish to start in the world of golf or wish to improve their handicap.

The training offer will focus on individual or group classes in which, at the student’s choice and according to their needs, they will work on all those aspects that are necessary for the achievement of the established objectives.
