Tiger falls two strokes short of victory in Australia

Tiger Woods is getting closer and closer to tasting again the sweetness of victory that he has not tasted for so long, no less than two years. However, victory still eludes him. This time he came very close, two strokes behind the winner at the Australian Open, and despite his good performance, he could not avoid the victory of the Australian Greg Chalmers, with 275 strokes.
Woods started the last round six strokes behind the leader, but three birdies in the first nine holes made everyone turn their eyes to the former world number one. A bogey on the 11th hole was immediately fixed with another birdie on the 12th, while on the 13th he made another bogey.
and an eagle brought the spotlight back on Woods’ game, but the streak ended with a 67 that gave him third place in the tournament behind Australia’s Chalmers, who was two strokes ahead of him, and John Senden, also an Australian, who was one behind in the total.
